You Do the Math featured in Nightclub and Bar Magazine

We own and operate several restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in the Upper Midwest. In over 30 years of experience, we’ve found that many employees will do their job and ask to see an ID, but often times they will calculate the customer’s age incorrectly. That’s why we developed the You Do The Math age verification calculator as part of our own loss prevention program and use it in all of our establishments.

The You Do The Math calculator is a very simple and cost effective way to check IDs, prevent underage drinking, and control power hours. Our calculator was designed for the liquor industry, but it can be used anywhere an ID is checked for age verification, such as convenience stores, tobacco shops, and movie theaters.

What we do as owners is require a deposit from our employees on the units that we give them. So if they break it or lose it, they have already paid for it. If they turn it back in to our organization at the end of their employment, then their deposit is refunded.
